1 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

½ cup peanut butter

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ egg, room temp

½ tsp baking powder




  1. In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder and mix well.
  2. In an electric mixer, add sugar and butter and beat at low speed until it becomes creamy.
  3. Add peanut butter and mix and low speed until it is well incorporated.
  4. Add egg, vanilla extract and all-purpose flour and continue to beat until it is mixed well.
  5. Scoop out two tablespoons of dough mixture and place on the parchment-lined baking tray.
  6. Flatten cookies with the back of a spoon or fork.
  7. Place the baking tray in a parchment-lined oven for 350-degree F for 10 minutes or until the sides begin to crisp up.
  8. Once done, let them cool down on a cooling rack.
